Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. Room was large and comfortable with two double beds and plenty of storage space. Bathroom was also a good size, with a decent shower. Location was perfect for the Civitas Metropolitano and the free bus to and from the airport was a bonus! Metro station is a short walk away which takes you into the centre of Madrid. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed lunch and drinks on the poolside terrace.

Loved practically everything about this hotel except a few things, hence 9* instead of 10*. Basic but yummy fresh breakfast with soy& almond milk options; freshly squeezed orange juice; fresh fruits & veggies; large bungalows (we had one with the terrace), green beautiful area, friendly staff, daily cleaning, quiet neighborhood, 24h reception desk etc

Good room and bathroom size, comfortable beds, everyday cleaning, very clean room, nice breakfast area, bidet, they do offer transfer to airport between certain hours. Fresh automat at breakfast, fridge in the room.

Rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and generally sleep quality was excellent as the hotel is in a quiet residential area. AC works very well – it was important as the temperatures outside reached 40oC. Breakfast at the hotel was also OK, with a good selection of cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruits. The location is very good regarding the airport, they also provide a shuttle service.

- Located in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood and close to the airport. - Not too far from the Canillejas metro station and there are bus stops nearby. - Breakfast above average, especially when it comes to variety. - Pleasant outdoors area around the pool and along the pathway that leads to the rooms. - The room windows can be opened wide (and the weather was nice to do so). - Very polite staff.

Hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, very close to the public transport (metro and bus) and provides shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff was always very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed and a huge shoutout to the driver who explained and showed us how to get around. Hotel is clean, comfy beds, great bathrooms, beautiful and clean pool area and price is a real bargain. Also we arrived 5 hours before check-in time and expected just to leave our luggage but we were told that the room was ready and we can go straight to the room. Breakfast is nothing special but not bad at all. I've seen lot worse from a 4 star hotels, and this hotel has a great range of cold food and drinks. Maybe just lacking bit more hot food.

Close to the airport Inside the apartments are nicely decorated they still need attention to gaps in the wooden floors ect Great welcoming 😄 All staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful 😀 bar staff, housekeepers all great.

This is a fantastic beautiful hotel in a lovely peaceful area of Madrid. I love this hotel so much & the beautiful gardens set amongst the trees & wonderful birds flying around. I will keep coming back here for sure, fantastic hotel & all the staff are very nice helpful friendly & welcoming. Muchas gracias Hotel Best Osuna

We loved our visit to Hotel Osuna, which is in a quiet neighborhood near the Madrid airport. We walked over to the Corte Ingles Hipercor, which is the Spanish version of a mall, where we bought last-minute things to take on our trip home, like paella rice and saffron, as well as some cute clothes. There isn't much else to do in the neighborhood, but the pool at this place is HUGE -- I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed it. There's a great little playplace for kids and lots of green space for them to run around.
